2. Orders
An order is binding when accepted by us, subject to applicable consumer cancellation rights. We reserve the right to reject an order where required for legal, security or operational reasons.

4. Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically using the method described at checkout. Access may depend on a compatible device, account or internet connection.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to statutory exceptions. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right can be lost when supply begins only where the consumer has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. We will provide the legally required information at checkout.
6. Defects and conformity
Consumers retain their statutory rights regarding conformity of goods and digital content/services. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
7. Refunds
