Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy protects users, our systems and our products from fraud, abuse and unlawful activity.

2. Prohibited activity

• Unauthorised access, probing or bypassing security controls.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, manipulating balances or attempting to duplicate rewards.
• Use of bots, scripts or automation where it is not expressly authorised.
• Fraud, impersonation, payment abuse or attempts to obtain another user's information.
• Malware, phishing, denial-of-service attacks or other harmful technical activity.
• Illegal, threatening, abusive, hateful or infringing content.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate measures, including warnings, feature restrictions, suspension or termination, subject to applicable law and any contractual/consumer rights.
